Our Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC): Partnership for Sustainable Supply Chains

As a leader in energy storage, we take it for granted that our commitment to sustainability and ethics extends beyond our own corporate boundaries. Our TESVOLT AG Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC) sets out the social, environmental and ethical standards that we expect from all our suppliers and business partners throughout our whole supply chain.

This Code is a central instrument for the implementation of our due diligence obligations. We strongly believe that a transparent and a responsible supply chain is a main key to sustainable success for all stakeholders. We work closely with our partners to live these standards together and to constantly improve them.

Our Complaints Office: Your Voice for Fairness and Compliance

Transparency and the early detection of potential grievances are crucial for our integrity. Our complaints office provides you with a secure and confidential way to raise concerns or report potential violations of laws, our policies, or ethical principles. This applies both to internal processes and to our supply chains.

To ensure the highest level of confidentiality and independence, we have appointed an external ombudsperson as a central point of contact for all reports. This person will receive your report, review it carefully and forward it to us in accordance with legal requirements, while protecting your identity if you wish.

This system is set up to comply with the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) in Germany as well as the specific mechanisms of the European Battery Regulation (EU 2023/1542 ), which mandates a complaints mechanism for all actors in the battery supply chain. Every report is taken seriously and carefully reviewed in order to continuously ensure and improve our compliance.

This is how you can make a report – all roads lead to our external ombudsperson:

  • Per E-Mail to the Ombudsperson:
  • By phone to the Ombudsperson: +49 30 403 633 760
  • Fax der Ombudsperson: +49 30 403 633 769
  • By post or in person to the ombudsperson: Law firm HIRT, lawyer Johannes Hirt, Kurfürstendamm 57, 10707 Berlin

Important notes:

  • Your identity will be kept strictly confidential. If you wish, you can also submit a report anonymously . The ombudsperson is obliged to secrecy.
