TESVOLT IoT Gateway connects batteries, inverters, and energy management systems—so your plant behaves like one coordinated system, not a collection of devices. It enables secure, real-time data exchange and remote control, making commissioning, monitoring, and ongoing operations dramatically easier.
TESVOLT IoT Gateway is an on-site communication interface (Battery Integrated Function Interface) that bridges the “physical world” (battery + inverter) with higher-level software (EMS, portals, service tools). It uses different IoT protocols built for reliable communication to exchange telemetry and control commands efficiently—even in challenging network conditions

Real-time measurements (1-second updates): The TESVOLT IoT Gateway transmits key electrical measurement values at 1 Hz for fast monitoring and highly responsive control – e.g. DC battery voltage, AC voltages, active power, and reactive power.
Parameter & status publishing: The TESVOLT IoT Gateway publishes device metadata and status information, ensuring that systems always have access to the latest known values – even after reconnects. Typical inverter states include: Standby, Error, Off, Running, and Islanding.
Remote access for operation and service: The TESVOLT IoT Gateway provides secure remote access to connected devices and enables operationally required control functions at device level. Multiple inverters can be uniquely identified and efficiently managed.
Built for mixed and growing systems: The TESVOLT IoT Gateway is designed for flexible integration – supporting different system types and mixed component setups (not limited to a single battery type or topology).
Monitoring & diagnostics: Detailed status and error reports help service teams quickly identify issues – additionally, connection status monitoring and payload integrity checks support robust system operation.
