  • The number of funding-eligible battery storage systems is limited to one per photovoltaic installation and per site.

Who does it fund?

  • Private individuals
  • The self-employed
  • Organisations, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises

- with their headquarters in North Rhine-Westphalia -

Funding conditions, amount of funding:

  • EUR 150 per kWh of storage capacity
  • 75.000 € maximum subsidy amount
  • The battery storage system capacity in kilowatt hours can be at most triple that of the installed capacity of the new photovoltaic installation in kilowatt peak.

Duration of programme:
Applications can be probably submitted until 20 November 2021 (to the Arnsberg district government).
