Mains failure is a crucial consideration in many organisations. Letting ventilation, heating, cooling and production machines fall idle brings a risk of economic losses. While many companies use diesel emergency power generators as a backup, they incur high fuel and maintenance costs, as well as generating noise and emissions.

By contrast, TESVOLT battery storage systems provide a clean, reliable source of emergency power and help to considerably cut operating costs.

How does it work?

TESVOLT battery storage systems provide emergency and back-up power.

There is an interruption of a few milliseconds to a few seconds. Most electrical appliances do not even detect this interruption.

With emergency power, disconnection from the grid is always immediate with no grid assistance. With back-up power, disconnection from the grid only occurs after grid assistance has been provided (a requirement for PV installations). Disconnection from the grid is either automatic or manual.
